Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack your return securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for any applicable fees.
